great staff but minor room issues
The staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Aline at the front desk who ensured my comfort after a long journey. Batikan at the bar/restaurant created a welcoming atmosphere and remembered my preferences, which truly enhanced my dining experience. The kitchen delivered consistently fantastic meals throughout my stay, making breakfast a highlight each day.
The shower pressure was a bit weak, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The check-in process was super smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly! Breakfast was a treat with a range of cereals and a delightful hearty fry. We really appreciated the small pastries available, keeping the kids happy! The bar area had a nice atmosphere too.
The rooms felt a bit outdated, especially the furniture, and the shower pressure could be improved for a more refreshing experience.

The spacious Superior Double Room made it easy to unwind after a long day. The breakfast buffet impressed with a variety of fresh options, particularly the delicious made-to-order items. service quality disappointed.
